All queries and payments are subject to the following conditions:

• The descriptions of seats are as available in the Chandigarh Engineering Colleges, Jhanjeri, Mohali (CEC) portal.
• All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. CEC reserves the right to change the fees as per Management’s directions.
• Your payment will normally reach CEC account within two working days. CEC is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. CEC also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier for any reason.
• In no event will the CEC be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
• CEC Jhanjeri may send you emails/SMS about our college, new courses, happenings and other updates.
• CEC Jhanjeri can call you from time to time to provide you with important/necessary information, or for follow up.
• We do not share your information (i.e. Contact Number, Email ID) with any third party and maintain its confidentiality.
• CEC Jhanjeri makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information; however, it assumes no liability for any inaccuracy provided to you through non-official websites.
• CEC Jhanjeri reserves the right to make changes to the above-mentioned terms and conditions from time to time.
